You must be legally able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate information when creating or accessing an account. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping your login method and devices secure.

Gentune can suspend or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, if the service is used in a prohibited manner, or if the account creates security, payment, or legal risk.

Gentune provides a web-based AI music workflow that accepts prompts and, for supported models, optional lyrics. The service may offer free usage, paid subscription plans, generation history, usage tracking, and related account management features.

Feature availability may change over time. Gentune may modify models, limits, pricing displays, page copy, or product structure without guaranteeing that every prior feature or provider remains available forever.

You may use gentune.net only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the product, other users, or third-party providers. You must not use the service to violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, misrepresent generated output, evade usage limits, scrape protected data, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without authorization.

You retain responsibility for the prompts, lyrics, and other material you submit. You represent that you have the permissions needed to submit that material and to request generation from it.

As between you and Gentune, Gentune does not claim ownership of your prompts. Rights in generated output, if any, depend on applicable law and the terms of the providers involved in the generation workflow. Gentune does not guarantee that any output is protectable, exclusive, non-infringing, or available for every downstream commercial use.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan prices, billing periods, and usage limits shown on gentune.net at checkout govern the purchase you make. Subscriptions renew according to the billing cadence you choose unless they are canceled before the next renewal date.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal linked from the subscription area. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees already paid are non-refundable. Canceling stops future renewal but does not automatically erase prior usage records, billing records, or generated history that Gentune must keep.

Gentune may refuse, pause, or cancel paid access when a payment fails, a charge is disputed, fraud is suspected, or account activity breaks these terms.

gentune.net may advertise paid plans through Google Ads or similar channels. Advertisements, landing pages, and pricing blocks are intended to describe the actual service flow as accurately as possible, but marketing language is not a warranty that every output will satisfy your creative, legal, or commercial requirements.

You are expected to review the current plan details, usage limits, and billing terms before purchase. Checkout confirmation, subscription status, and billing management are provided through the live product and Stripe flow rather than through ad copy alone.

The service is provided on an as available and as offered basis. Gentune does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted access to third-party providers such as Clerk, Stripe, Replicate, Google services, or any specific generation model.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, generic, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, licensing, distributing, or relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Gentune may update these terms when product behavior, providers, legal requirements, or pricing structures change. The version posted on gentune.net applies from the effective date shown on this page.
